This is the reporting update for this Kickstarter campaign.
You've been waiting. Thank you all.
Finally we're happy to report that all the packages were sent out, except for those ordered by a couple of people who still haven't confirmed their addresses. We thank you very much for joining us this year, and waiting patiently for your parcels. We had planned to send them out in February or March. But as you know, in Ukraine, where our production is, war broke out on February 24, and the town of Irpin near Kyiv, where our workshop is located, was under occupation until the beginning of April. Then, after the withdrawal of Russian troops in early April, there was a long period of checks and clearance and investigative actions. And when people were finally allowed into the town, we began to move our production facilities because there was no electricity and no water in Irpin.
Also a shipment of plastic parts that was supposed to come to Odesa on February 25th was also stuck for war reasons, and was later found in Romania, and only in May was it delivered to us. What is more, some of our employees were in evacuation, some were and are in the forces in combat. All this delayed the production process. But our project did not suffer so much compared to the project of our friends Enjoy the Wood. Their factory was completely destroyed by the bombings in Irpin. But the guys are now building a new production.
Thanks again. That was the original FinGears. As you know, our project was copied many hundreds of times in 2020 and 2021. We continue to fight counterfeits. Back in the day there were so many cheap fakes that the project almost shut down. But many people already know that only original rings have enough magnets and quality materials to practice and demonstrate ring tricks. And we are bringing this information to a wider circle of people little by little. We hope that all of you will make posts in your social networks with the original FinGears rings.

It's been a while since our last update. During that time we managed to restart our production.
As of today we have sent some of the Wooden sets, and we are starting to send the Silver sets within 10 days.

Thank you very much for your support. The delay had happened because of the war in Ukraine, but Kyiv persevered the attacks, and we continue our work.
Wartime update

Dear friends, as you know, a war has broken out in Ukraine. At the time the war started, on February 24, we had almost finished production of the wooden version of the rings and received the parts for the plastic version in the port. And now our production is completely blocked in the city of Irpin along with parts and magnets. Fortunately, our employees evacuated from there, except those who stayed to fight with the rest of the armed forces, such as our workshop foreman Roman and his colleague Pavel. Roman recently received several shrapnel wounds, but thank God the injuries were not critical and the doctors helped him. 6 people from our team worked at this production: 2 ladies were evacuated, 2 men joined the army, 2 men are volunteering. Irpin, a town near Kyiv, is one of the most affected suburbs. There was even an idea to go there and pick up the parts, but the bridges were blown up and the roads were shot through. It was a miracle that we managed to evacuate civilians who were still there. As you know from the news and numerous photos, Russian troops are destroying residential neighborhoods in those cities that have been seized. So for now, it's totally impossible for us to pick up those parts. We have also asked for help in relocating the production to Polish and American foundations, but so far there has been no affirmative response. But that does not mean we will not fulfil our Kickstarter plans. As soon as these cities near Kyiv are liberated, we will resume our production and continue our work. Even if it is affected and we don't get our parts, we will find a way to purchase new ones and meet our commitments.

The residential areas of the cities of Kharkiv, Kherson and Kyiv are being shot by missiles, rockets and cluster munitions. The whole world has rallied and is helping Ukraine. Additional weapons are already coming from Europe. Everyone thought that the country would quickly fall, but this did not happen and we still keeping the defence against Russia as David vs Goliath. Thank you for your support. Our office is located in Ukraine. But our operations are in the USA. Items are shipped from warehouses in the USA, EU and China.
